The unique complex of lyophilized fish collagen with shark cartilage provides 200 mg of collagen, including 80 mg of native fish collagen, in each daily portion. In addition, shark cartilage contains chondroitin, and both collagen and chondroitin are important building blocks for cartilage. Invita Active dietary supplement also includes glucosamine - an ingredient of natural origin in the form of a sulphate. HOW TO USE
2 capsules daily with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake during the day. Dietary supplements should not be used as substitute for a varied diet.
